How does it work with external, non-integrated card terminals?
Nexill is designed for payment processor independence. You ring up the sale in Nexill, select the tender type, and then process the actual card payment on your standalone external payment terminal. Nexill records the transaction cleanly without forcing merchant services integration.
Am I forced to buy proprietary barcode scanners or receipt printers?
No. Nexill runs with any standard USB barcode scanner, receipt printer, and cash drawer you can plug into a Windows PC. Perfect for legacy hardware replacement.
